Mr. Arndt takes great pride in his projects and personally oversees every project. To get the craftsmanship that Arndt demands, A Legacy Homes limits construction to two simultaneous projects, so your home gets the attention it deserves.

Arndt is a full-time builder and general contractor. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan. His 14 years of corporate experience includes building multimillion dollar commercial development projects and work as a senior-level manager for several successful start-up companies.
