Legal Services of Eastern Missouri is a nonprofit organization that provides civil legal assistance to low-income individuals and families across eastern Missouri. Its work combines direct legal representation with education and supportive services to advance justice and expand opportunities for those in need. The organization operates offices in St. Louis, Clayton, Union, and Hannibal to serve 21 counties, offering programs that cover housing, family and elder law, immigration, consumer protection, education justice, and medical-legal partnerships, among others. As a Legal Services Corporation grantee, it participates in a federally funded framework for civil legal aid.

In 2016, the organization helped more than 31,000 Missourians, with about 12,000 receiving direct case work and 19,000 through outreach, education, publications and referrals; volunteers contributed 15,791 hours from more than 520 individuals. A notable development in recent years was its relocation to Peabody Plaza at 701 Market Street in downtown St. Louis, consolidating its presence in the city.
