As you may be aware, inspectors from the City and State of New York have started expressing concerns regarding water treatment companies that perform their own Legionella Validation Services. These validation services include: Legionella Testing, 90-day Inspections Annual Certifications, Water Management Plans/Updates, and Updating and Uploading to NY Portals. Inspectors have begun giving greater credence to Legionella Validation Services that are being performed by independent third party companies. In light of this development, Tower Water is preemptively announcing the launch of a new independent partner company, Legionella Compliance Solutions (LCS). Borrowing a model popular in heavily regulated European countries, Tower Water will be spinning off LCS to form the first and only company to focus exclusively on providing the highest quality Legionella Validation and Compliance Services throughout New York City. All Tower Water customers will soon have two companies seamlessly working separately, but together, to manage your Water Treatment and Legionella Validation Services.
