In 1975, Don Leis and his uncle John began selling real estate in Darke County Ohio. They envisioned a family-owned real estate agency that was fully dedicated to serving the community in which they lived —with honesty, integrity and a wealth of shared industry knowledge.

In almost 40 years of business, the team at Leis Realty has grown to include four generations of the Leis family and almost 30 agents, all of whom are dedicated to upholding the company’s original founding principles. What started years ago as a family business remains the same today, except now there are decades of experience and generations of knowledge to share with their clients.
