Leisure Sports Hospitality is a developer and operator of upscale, boutique hotels and high-end fitness resorts. The company pioneered the "fitness resort" concept and currently owns and operates hotels and fitness/spa facilities. The company also developed a unique combination club/hotel concept, Renaissance ClubSport and opened in Northern California (2002) and Southern California (2008). Properties feature boutique style guestrooms and 75,000 sq. ft., world-class, membership fitness facilities that include cardiovascular, aerobics, basketball, racquetball, resort swimming pools, full-service spas, personal training, and wellness services. Other offerings include unique restaurant, lounge, and banquet operations. The Club contributes significant, stable membership dues revenue. Additionally, Hotel and Club operations are managed as one unit, providing significant operating efficiencies and sales & marketing synergies. 

Leisure Sports has recently developed a small version of the club/hotel concept, designed to be efficiently developed with any number of hotel brands, including Select Service, Lifestyle, and Independent brands. Currently seeking active development partners. 

Additionally, Leisure Sports is an established provider of design and operations consulting services for stand-alone fitness centers, corporate and hotel fitness centers, and residential developments.
