The owners of Provident Funding Associates, L.P. – The Undisputed Price Leader since 1992 – were frustrated with the significant appraisal-related quality issues in the marketplace. Having a reputation for industry leading quality, the third-party AMC posed the greatest risk to Provident’s model. In an effort to enforce quality and service standards, the ownership group at Provident founded Appraisal Zone in 2009.

Appraisal Zone has since become a leading AMC, providing Provident Funding and other industry leaders superior quality, speed and service.
