On the outside, you’re managing it all—on the inside, you might feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. If you are facing: Work anxiety & career navigation challenges — high-pressure roles with impostor feelings, burnout/toxic dynamics, and needing clear scripts for raises/promotions, while facing sleep issues. Relationship & boundary strain — dating/partner conflict, new mom overload, or bicultural family expectations for children of immigrants, needing kind, firm boundaries. Focus & performance challenges. You are in the right place. If you want steadier weeks, a calmer mind, and more honest conversations—without having to explain your career or culture from scratch—let’s talk. We are a 16-clinician group practice of clinicians serving Gen Z & Millennials, couples, and college students. What we do: practical, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that turns insight into action. We help with anxiety, relationship conflict, identity/first gen stress, trauma/PTSD, and grief. We also offer adult ADHD testing with clear next steps, and small group therapy (6–8 members) for codependency/boundaries and culturally specific support. How we work: CBT, DBT skills, ACT, and Psychodynamic therapy—guided by brief check-ins like GAD 7/PHQ 9/ACEs, to support our work together. Sessions are collaborative, non-stigmatizing, and paced to your needs. Access: same week screenings when available; early a.m., evening, and weekend sessions; in person in Midtown, NYC plus secure telehealth across NY, NJ, and FL. Care available in English, Español, & हिंदी (Hindi). Insurance: in network with Aetna & Northwell (plus Lyra Health with select clinicians). We also support out of network benefits and HSA/FSA. For employers & universities: workshops on anxiety at work, burnout, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership (Let’s Talk @ Work). 👉 Book a 15 minute consult: talkingforwellness.com/contact-us/ (or message me—no pressure).
