Letter Grade Consulting (LGC) provides dependable quality control and compliance with the NYC Department of Health. Our services are designed to equip food service operators with strategies and solutions, so that they are able to maintain a violation free kitchen and operate at the highest level of food safety and sanitation. We have been featured in The New York Times, WSJ, Craine's, and Good Morning America.  

We assist food service operators with permits and pre-permit compliance to ensure that they can open their doors without any delays.   
Once operational, we provide the following :

	- monthly mock inspections;
	- Attorney representation at tribunals;
	- On-site employee training seminars

LGC offers various programs based on the individual needs of our Clients,the size of their establishments, and their budget.  Our Clients include corporate cafeterias, hotels, upscale restaurants, coffee shops, local eateries, catering companies, schools, athletic clubs, theaters, and hospitality groups.  We help them navigate the Letter Grade System so that they can get their "A"'s and maintain them.
