LG Networks, Inc. is a Dallas, Texas-based provider of proactive computer and network maintenance services in the computer networking products sector. Its flat-fee Total Care Service Plans function as a virtual CIO and IT department for clients, aiming to reduce IT costs, increase profits, and mitigate technology-related business risks.

Engagement begins with an assessment of the client's technology landscape, including infrastructure, hardware, and line-of-business applications and vendors, to identify critical processes, pain points, and vulnerabilities. A threat analysis informs the design of a Technology Plan aligned with the client's long-term goals. The company positions itself as an extension of the client's business, offering predictable budgeting through a flat monthly fee and sharing both financial and technical risks to help reduce downtime. In December 2022, LG Networks disclosed a ransomware-related incident affecting its email communications.
