The LGBT Center of Central PA is a small nonprofit operating in the civic and social sector, based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Its vision is to inspire LGBTQ+ people across identities toward collective liberation, and its mission focuses on fostering inclusive communities and holistic well-being through social, educational, and cultural engagement. Its values emphasize alignment with broader social justice movements and support for justice and inclusion across a range of groups facing marginalization, including people of color, immigrants and refugees, people of faith or no faith, women, people with disabilities, older adults, youth, and low-income individuals.

The center operates from a building at 1323 North Front Street in Harrisburg; it purchased the property in 2023 and completed an extension renovation, with the new space opening in May 2024. In June 2026, it partnered with Midtown Cinema to develop Reel Pride, a recurring film series that highlights LGBTQ+ narratives and filmmakers. Its work targets LGBTQ+ people in Central Pennsylvania and engages allies through social, educational, and cultural programming that supports inclusive communities.
