 After 22 years in Boston Libby returned to Aquidneck Island and established an office on Spring Street with over a dozen hardworking agents. While spending time working the Boston real estate market, Libby explored several career paths around the country that lent tremendous value to her business approach and commitment to her clients. 

 Libby graduated from the esteemed Massachusetts College of Art with a degree in Graphic Design. Her passion for aesthetic, detail and design is evident in her lifestyle publication, Living With Libby and her design division, Libby Kirwin Renovation + Design Consulting.

 Capitalizing on her knowledge of what sells in the local market; Libby works with investors on purchasing dilapidated properties and oversees their complete renovation. In 2015, Libby successfully sold Carey School Residences, a 13-unit premiere condominium which was previously a neighborhood elementary school.
