That way it's less overwhelming when it comes time to write an offer. If you are a property investor, you would receive a detailed prospectus and weekly report of the selling status and progress. Every client considering a property purchase or sale will be provided a detailed and structured deal analysis in order to determine it fits your purchase/investment requirements and that the transaction makes financial sense.
