Green Initiatives:

Liberty has been undertaking major capital improvements to make our buildings more energy efficient.  Typically, it includes installing energy efficient boilers, double pane glass windows, thermal roof insulation, low flow shower/sink heads as well as energy efficient refrigerators and light bulbs.  These projects are imperative because they benefit the environment, lower costs for our tenants and provide work for the local community.
