Within Portugal, the insurer’s legal name shifted to Generali Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A. - Sucursal em Portugal, and its products are marketed under the Generali Tranquilidade brand. In the wake of the acquisition, Generali appointed leadership for Liberty Seguros’ Portugal operation, naming Carlos Escudero as Chief Executive Officer and Pedro Carvalho as Branch Manager.
