Liberty Station Community Association oversees the entire property of Liberty Station, the historic naval base turned leading SoCal destination for dining, retail, arts, events, and recreation.

LSCA reports to a Board of Directors consisting of majority owners of the buildings within Liberty Station. Businesses on the property not only include dining, retail, and arts but also office, education, and worship. Ample outdoor space is used for guests to enjoy, business to utilize, and event rentals, managed by an onsite events vendor. LSCA works closely with all ownership groups on the property, manages overall brand image of Liberty Station, as well as oversees vendors such as property management, public relations, maintenance, day porter, security, landscaping, and website services.
