BIOS Biochemicals began January 1, 1994, providing rare and fine-quality biochemicals to the medical profession. As demand grew, we began offering products to the public. By then, our products were sold into a number of categories: scientific reagents, prescription biochemicals, OTC nutritional supplements, and veterinary products. Lidtke Technologies, as a product line, was founded in 1998 to specialize in products for medical professionals. A few years later, Lidtke Technologies Corp. merged with BIOS Biochemicals to become a division. Most new product development is conducted through Lidtke.
