Lieb Cellars is a small wine producer and vineyard on the North Fork of Long Island, cultivating about 54 acres of sustainably farmed vines. It is based in Cutchogue, New York, roughly 80 miles east of New York City, and traces its founding to 1992, with the first wines released in 1999 under winemaker Russell Hearn. The initial line, notably Pinot Blanc and Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine, gained national recognition, reflecting a focus on premium offerings. 

In 2012 the tasting room on Oregon Road in Cutchogue opened to visitors. In 2024 the operation was acquired by Russell Hearn and his family alongside John and Renée Fondacaro, and was integrated with Suhru Wines, with both brands’ wines now poured together. The winery has earned industry recognition for Chardonnay, including Best Oaked Chardonnay and Best Over-All Chardonnay in 2019, and pursued packaging innovation with a 2021 partnership with Rapak for bag-in-box solutions.
