Life Coaching Institute of America, LLC provides an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Level 1 approved coach training program in the professional training and coaching field. Based in San Antonio, Texas, it has offered coach education since 2011. Its 70-hour virtual curriculum comprises 60 hours of coach training and 10 hours of mentor coaching, designed to satisfy the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential. Training includes 30 hours of synchronous instruction over three weekends and 30 hours of asynchronous work, with 10 hours of mentor coaching available to LCIA students and others pursuing credentials. 

Two co-founders deliver all instruction and ongoing support, grounding the program in Motivational Interviewing to support adherence to ICF Core Competencies and Ethics. The school targets individuals pursuing the ACC credential or renewal hours, maintains small class sizes with a seven-to-one trainer-to-student ratio and dedicated practicum feedback, and offers rapid inquiry responses with a no-charge Zoom consult to assess fit and continued support after training.
