Life Files Professionals is a Riverdale-based professional organizing company that offers document management and organizing solutions to residents and small businesses in the tri-state area with special attention and discounts to seniors. Charlotte (retired CUNY Professor) founded this business, along with her son, Evan (former NYC Dept. of Ed. Career and Technical Educator), due to the growing needs of her family, friends, and neighbors. She observed that as they aged, they began to lose control of vital aspects of their lives. This affected their business, social, and personal lives, not to mention their physical and emotional health. The patterns were the same - inundated with incoming paperwork and not enough time to process, to determine what to purge, what to recycle, and what to shred. 

Her systems of organization are designed to improve the frequency and efficiency in which her clients process incoming documents (from emails, to medical/financial documents, to monthly bills and junk mail).
