LifeCome Care provides a wide range of services to the NHS, local authorities and private individuals. Our services are aimed to promote individuals' independence, their dignity and ability to self-rule. We provide non-medical care and support to people in various settings ranging from home; community; day centres; supported living housing; sheltered housing to hospitals. LifeCome Care is managed by a multi-disciplinary team of Healthcare Professionals, Social Workers, Project and Business Managers. We are skilled in supporting all client groups with varying needs/conditions such as: Elderly; Learning Difficulties or Autistic Spectrum Disorder; Sensory Impairment; Physical Disabilities; Dementia; Mental Health; Stroke; Cancer; Multi Sclerosis; Motor Neurone; Parkinson's; High Level Spinal-Cord Injury; End of Life etc. 

 Our services benefit individuals in several ways including:

1. Helping the elderly person maintain their independence in their own home
2. Enabling the social inclusion of individuals that are isolated
3. Helping people with learning disabilities discover skills they never thought they had
4. Befriending and providing companionship to individuals with mental health needs thereby reducing their social isolation.
5. Rehabilitating and enabling individuals that have suffered stroke or a severe fall to eventually get back on their feet.
6. Supporting individuals to still undertake activities of daily living that has now become difficult for them either because of age, disability or illness.
7. Guiding individuals that lack mental capacity to take a decision in 'their best interest'
8. Being there and providing that essential care and love as an individual transits from this life to the world beyond (Palliative care).
9. Reassuring family members that their loved ones are well cared for, protected and not alone. 
10. Ultimately putting a smile in the face of everyone we care for and support.
