Retreat:  The Lifelaunch Consulting Retreat is a one day, highly interactive program that brings retirement into focus.  It is a dynamic and engaging program that challenges participants to analyze their retirement readiness from financial, professional and emotional standpoints, and to create a road map to retirement.  We also focus on the importance of  collaboration surrounding organizational succession planning to ensure a smooth transition.  Accountability is a key element to success in the Retreat program.  Participants leave with clearly defined goals and milestones, and an accountability partner to keep them on track.
