LifePoint Church is a religious institution serving the Reisterstown area in Baltimore County, Maryland, with roots dating to 1987 when a small group began meeting at Mechanicsville Elementary School. Guided by a committed board of elders and senior pastor Joe Duke, the church grew and moved between Mechanicsville Elementary and several high schools—Liberty High School, Westminster High School, and Century High School—for about two decades. The church changed its name to LifePoint Church to reflect its broader presence in the region and established a permanent campus on a 70-acre site, with the Ministry Center opening in 2004 and the Worship Center completing construction in 2006, along with a hiking trail. \n\nThe first service in the current Worship Center was held on November 12, 2006, and weekend attendance later rose to over 2,000, with Saturday evening services added. In July 2023, Lifepoint Church purchased a 25,612-square-foot office building, expanding its property footprint.
