Lifesigns owns and operates a doctor's office in Memphis TN, specializing in comprehensive annual physicals & wellness exams. Founded in 1992, Lifesigns performs over 12,000 comprehensive physicals annually throughout the greater Memphis Area at our clinic and with our HealthyHere (a Lifesigns affiliate) mobile units, aimed to reach those unable to make it through our doors.

Lifesigns provides physician-directed testing and consultation by Board Certified Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to identify developing health risks and determine appropriate long-term follow-up care. Employers are increasingly encouraging their employees to take the necessary steps towards a healthier life and an overall well-being!

Lifesigns Comprehensive Physical includes:
	Ultrasound of all major internal organs (liver, kidneys, spleen, pancreas, 
        carotid, thyroid)
	Chest x-ray
	Treadmill stress test
	Resting EKG
	Pulmonary function test
	Hearing test
	DEXA bone scan (age appropriate)
	Mammogram (for women)
	PAP smear (for women)
	PSA screening (for men)
	A complete blood wellness panel

We also offer a weight-loss program, meal program, and a smoking cessation program.
