Lifespan Design Studio, based in Loveland, Ohio, is an architecture and planning practice founded by architect Doug Gallow and gerontologist/design specialist Ellen Gallow. It promotes a cross-disciplinary design approach aimed at creating environments that are accessible and usable across all life stages, with the goal of supporting quality of life. In 2017, Lifespan Design Studio partnered with Brandstetter Carroll Inc. on a senior center feasibility study, and the City Council accepted a proposal to develop a 27,000-square-foot facility on existing recreation center land.
