Lighthouse Investments, LLC is a privately held, national real estate investment and development company that combines the traditional values of real estate investment with innovative methods of management and development.

Focused on value added, opportunistic investments, principals of Lighthouse Investments have been investing and developing in real estate for over 15 years.  Formed in early 2009, Lighthouse Investments was created to take advantage of cyclical opportunities in various asset classes including residential, commercial and hospitality.  Additionally, Lighthouse Investments partners bring retail and industrial experience to allow it to invest and develop in a breadth of real estate product types.

In addition to investing its own capital and those of its capital partners, Lighthouse creates micro-funds to provide high net worth and institutional investors an oppurtunity to invest in very specific investment opportunities.  Key to its success in both investment and development is Lighthouse’s ability to identify and manage real estate with professional level systems and quality combined with entrepeneurial, day to day effective management.
