Lillian M. Hudspeth Memorial Hospital is a community hospital located in Sonora, Texas, serving the local population. It originated as a memorial project for Lillian Maddox Hudspeth, conceived by Roy H. Hudspeth who offered to fund half the project if the community matched the other half, leading to hospital incorporation. The facility opened on July 1, 1951, after Roy Hudspeth's death in 1948.
