LCI was founded on the principle of providing high-quality professional services; on time and within budget. Having participated in numerous projects of various types and scales, our accomplished team has gained a considerable amount of traffic, civil, and electrical engineering experience working with counties, cities, metropolitan agencies and the State, as well as with private owners and developers. The staff is divided between the corporate headquarters in Diamond Bar and branch offices in Orange County and San Diego.
