Lauren Byrne founded Lincoln & Creed, Inc after ten years of crafting successful recruiting processes for a variety of technical clients.  
For the past ten years she has concentrated on the field of civil engineering, with a focus on water/wastewater and infrastructure.  Lauren's outstanding ability to build relationships has enabled her to support her client companies with customized solutions.  She was a co-author of a well attended WEFTEC 2007 presentation on retaining top talent and she previously served on the Compensation Board of a publicly traded company.  She also previously served for three years on the board of a non profit.
