Lincoln Tool & Design (“LTD”) is a diverse provider of manufacturing services operating out of a company-owned 38,000 square foot facility in Lincoln, Nebraska.  LTD provides design, tooling, machining, inspection, fabrication, and plastic injection molding services for customers ranging from start-up companies to large OEM manufacturers. 

TOOL DESIGN 
Tool design is where many projects begin at LTD.  From concept development to finalized drawings, we utilize Pro/Engineer (Creo) and SolidWorks modeling software, giving us the ability to communicate with many platforms.  Our in-house staff of designers can work with a customer supplied model or create one from drawings and sketches that can then be used to guide the design of the required tooling.  Our team is experienced in the design of simple, manual tools to complex, automated weld fixtures and specialized equipment with PLC control systems.  If you need a custom manufacturing solution, we have the skills to deliver.

FIXTURES & TOOLS
LTD has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of a variety of fixtures, jigs, and tooling.  Complex weld fixtures, assembly jigs, machining fixtures, and custom tooling for production equipment are among the projects that we do on a routine basis.  From concept development to fabrication, we can provide complete solutions with accompanying models, drawings, and schematics.  Whether your needs are manual or PLC controlled, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic - we can deliver.

PRECISION MACHINING
LTD offers precision machining services for all types of parts from simple to complex, nonferrous to heat treated materials.  We are accustomed to holding tight tolerances and can provide certificates of inspection if required.  Our equipment is well tooled and maintained to enable us to provide customers with high quality, competitively priced work, delivered on time.
