Lindsley Waterproofing has been providing waterproofing services to residents and businesses in the North Carolina Triangle area since 1994. We provide many services for new & existing structures to both repair and prevent structural water damage. Lindsley WaterProofing (LWP) is a small, family-owned business located in Durham, NC. It was founded by Jim and Renee Lindsley in 1994 after working briefly for another, now defunct, waterproofing company. Their desire to provide better service and more diversity to the people in the Triangle Area has kept the company going strong.Company History When the Lindsley’s started the business, they had a slightly dilapidated Ford Bronco, a couple of shovels, a wheel barrow, and a lot of ‘know how’ & determination—working alone, out of their home. By the end of the sixth year, the business had outgrown the ‘home base’ so LWP built an office/warehouse in East Durham and will soon have to expand that. The ongoing success of Lindsley Waterproofing is due, at least in part, to their working honestly and fairly with employees, customers, and associates. This is evidenced by the fact that, for the past several years, they’ve been reducing paid advertising but, because of referrals, and ‘word of mouth’ advertising, their business keeps growing. As structures settle, their foundations can crack and heavy rains can seep into your foundation. Leaks happen. Sometimes leaks are dramatic with water covering your basement floor and ruining everything in its path. However, it is the water you cannot see that can do the most damage. And these unseen leaks can be just as dangerous due to the risk of mold, mildew, and structural damage.
