Founded in 2003 Linear AMS is a customer-focused, solutions-oriented partner for plastics mold tooling and production. Our strengths lie in engineering/design, short production times and troubleshooting. These competencies along with our full machine shop capabilities have meant production success in the following areas:  mold flow analysis, plastic injection mold simulation capabilities, full black-box design & advanced process support. We specialize in tool building including but not limited to: prototype injection molds, production injection molds, compression molds and bridge tooling. Our knowledge in molding and nature to provide full customer satisfaction is inclusive of prototype molding, low-volume production, full assembly, try-outs, R&D projects and injection and compression molding equipment. Our fully supported machine shop supports high-speed multi-axis machining centers, wire EDM equipment, surface grinders, welders and CMM inspection.
