Established in 1994, Link Technologies, Inc. is a management consulting and engineering firm with close to 19 years of professional experience.  Link is a small woman-owned business headquartered in metropolitan Washington, D.C. and incorporated in the State of Maryland, with staff located in the states of Tenessess, Maryland, Wahington, Virginia, and Colorado.  Staff affiliation and past work experience includes national laboratories, commercial nuclear industry, federal agencies, private sector, academia, and military.  

Our personnel possess advanced degrees and professional certifications.  Core competencies include engineering, design, and analytical solutions, nuclear faciility safety analysis and reviews, project and program management, quality assurance (QA), risk analysis/managemeennt, development of web-based applications and data analysis, program and policy support related to environment, safety and health (ES&H), and outreach and awareness initiatives including specialized and scientific workshops, conferences, and training events.  

LINK has a favorable DOE Foreign Ownership, Control, or Interest (FOCI) determination and an inhouse DOE-approved Facility Security Officer (FSO).  Many of the personnel hold current DOE Top-Secret “Q” clearance.  LINK’s accounting system and procedures have been reviewed and audited by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).  LINK holds a GSA MOBIS Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Contract # GS-10F-0044J.
