Linn-Benton Community College, established in 1966 as a two-year public institution, serves residents of Linn and Benton counties from its Albany, Oregon campus. As a mid-sized public community college, it offers more than 60 transfer and career/technical programs and draws over 22,000 students to at least one class each year, with upwards of 7,000 enrolled full time, and maintains a 21:1 student-to-instructor ratio along with active campus life that includes more than 32 clubs, performances, and athletics.
