The association between HAAGEN and LION, explained: HAAGEN was purchased by LION in 2012. As a natural last step in this acquisition, the HAAGEN name was withdrawn from the market (in 2019) and substituted by the LION name. All of the human, technological and development resources are the same as before, and form a focus point for growth within the LION group for years to come.
