Founded in 1997 by Nick Catliff, Richard Bradley and Jeremy Mills Lion has bases in London, Glasgow and New York and makes content for UK and international broadcasters, streaming services, on-line platforms and cable networks.

Lion makes programmes for many broadcasters, SVOD's and cable networks - these include BBC, CBBC, ITV, C4, C5, Netflix, Arte, France Television, ZDF, Discovery, History Channel, National Geographic, Smithsonian, Bravo, E!, Discovery ID, PBS.
