LWC is in its 19th year, working closely with communities to update strategies for increased housing production and leading zoning code updates and audits in California as well as Columbus OH, and Denver, CO. In 2022, LWC kicked off our 3rd code update engagement in Saudi Arabia. We are also growing our land use economics and finance practice with financial feasibility and building prototype testing, in-depth market studies and implementation strategies.  Our staff of 20 has adapted quickly to online platforms for client and project team meetings, workshops, focus groups, interviews, surveys, and public hearings.
