LivAwareMD is open to anyone interested in learning how nutrition, meditation and exercise can help them throw off the crutches of Western medicine and live a life free from unnecessary stress, anxiety, and disease.  LivAwareMD offers small group classes in nutrition, meditation, yoga and TRX, and one-on-one sessions for active isolated stretching, reiki, and reflexology.  We also offer state-of-the-art laser treatments in our medi-spa to promote healthy aging.
