We are an evidence-based, mobile physical therapy service that comes to your home or community, offering a wide array of services in wellness, fitness, rehabilitation, and prevention; designed to help our clients to maintain their health, maximize their current fitness level or take back control of their lives after illness or injury, and equip them with the knowledge they need to live happier, pain-free lives.

Our treatment philosophy, mission, and passion are to help our clients to move beyond any physical obstacle(s) that is preventing them from living a full life on their terms.  Our programs are designed to evaluate the client's physical status, identify what needs to be improved upon, and create a personalized program based on their specific needs and abilities. After all, your body and life experiences are unique to you. Therefore, your physical therapy treatment program should reflect these differences and be specific to your individual needs.

Working one-on-one with our clients in 60 minute sessions, we are dedicated to offering exceptional care based on the latest in evidence-based medicine, and strive to keep you out of the hospital and free of injury. Our physical therapists will either come to your home or a destination of your choosing, seeking to improve safety, promote compliance of exercises, provide meaningful education and effectively assist clients to meet their goals, all in a more intimate environment, and personable manner.
