We offer training programs for all levels of employees in our industry, senior management to front line, site level employees. LJT Management’s Project Coordinating Team is experienced in training program management which includes, developing web based training calendars and registration portals, in addition to custom reporting capabilities for clients; such as attendance by area, store, and manager. Workshop evaluations can be electronically filed for each training session for clients to review the course feedback for each training session. This team also can procure all meeting venues as an additional service to clients. LJT Management’s Production Team produces all training materials in-house and coordinates shipping and tracking of materials to training sites.
