LoanMLS is a classified advertising site for loans — providing a central place for brokers, lenders, bankers, and investors to confidentially post or search for loan assets to buy, fund or sell. You pay only to post a listing — there are no commissions, transaction fees or middlemen. Listings may be for an individual loan or pools of loans and may be for any type of loan: residential or commercial, secured or unsecured. Similar to the real estate multiple listing service, LoanMLS provides a listing service for loan assets - providing a central exchange where lending professionals can post listings for seasoned loans to sell or new loans to fund, search for loan investments, and network directly with one another. With LoanMLS, there is no charge to search listings or to send inquiries to sellers. You only pay to post a listing or to upgrade a listing to enhance its visibility and exposure - just like the paid advertising programs offered by major search engines. The developers of LoanMLS have years of experience in the many aspects of lending including originating, purchasing, and servicing, and understand the different sides of a lending transaction. As you post or search listings, you'll see the detailed thought that went into providing the information that is the most important to you. For example, our unique proprietary Yield-to-Maturity calculation gives you the ability to easily compare loans based on cash flows, discounts and probability of payoff. We also ensure that your personal information remains confidential - only your screen name is shared with other members. You decide when you want to share additional contact and/or professional information. Additionally, we make it easy for members to electronically sign confidentiality agreements, using either their own confidentiality agreement or our generic LoanMLS confidentiality agreement, facilitating the due diligence process.
