In business for 40 years, Logical Operations began in Rochester, NY as an on-site computer training center. "The foundation of the Logical Operations business was built around the classroom learning experience,” said Bill Rosenthal, CEO. “Having a closer relationship to the classroom, the instructor, and the student learning experience is what attracted me to the training business. By forging a closer bond with the classroom, it allows both businesses to further excel the quality and innovation it provides when developing and delivering professional training curriculum.”
