Presently investing a separate account on behalf of a HNW family based in Denver, CO Loja has built a $300M investment grade real estate portfolio. Our investment focus is on core retail operating properties and on retail and mixed-use redevelopments. Loja’s uniqueness comes from the diverse and deep backgrounds of its principals. Beyond a long history of real estate development, ownership and operation Loja’s executive team has facility in capital markets, financial market investment and management and economic forecasting. Loja is known for its ability to identify opportunity, for its crisp and transparent execution and its ability to see and manage risk.
