We’re the London Early Years Foundation or LEYF for short; a family of 43 nurseries across London. We’re a social enterprise, which means we’re all about helping serve our children, their families and communities, not about making a profit. We know that the experiences a child has when they are very young shapes their future chances of becoming healthy, fulfilled adults. That’s why we’re passionate about giving every child access to excellent Early Years education and care. It’s also why 77% of our nurseries are in areas of deprivation. We believe that working in Early Years is not just a job: it's about helping to change a child's life.
