Lone Star Induction is an 18,000 square foot facility located in Corsicana Texas. We repair induction melting furnaces, induction heating coils, water cooled leads, etc.

Induction coils - Repair and fabricate new coils for the heating and melting industries with sizes ranging from small brazing coils to 10 metric ton melting coils.

Water cooled power cables -  Various  styles of connectors and sizes. 
Buss bar, Lead adapters etc.

Pre cast shapes - Top cast rings, Rim blocks, Pusher plugs, Cast tops and bottoms, Top cast rings with pour spouts cast into the ring to form a single piece. 

Cast liners for forging coils.

Stainless steel skid rails.

End boards for forging coils pre cast to mica,Transite,NAD-11 all types of materials.

Service, from removing and installing coils to acid flushing, emergency repair work. Installing buss work.

Shunts and shunt insulation.
