Executive and Field Staff Recruiting for High Density Residential Urban Infill (multifamily).  Networking for all of my colleagues and business development for select clients.  Humorist, construction is not a "cake walk" job...as we all know it can be stressful...I like to bring the lighter side to things.

I don't post like my competition.  A crucial part of getting to know someone is by talking with them, learning from them and together that's where things happen...human interaction.  It's crucial in every element in our life, especially in our profession.  

I become friends with everyone I work with.  Like the work place team dynamics are instrumental in the progress of any endeavor.  Whether it's a client or a candidate confidentiality is paramount.  Integrity is a driving force in every interaction that LRRS endeavors upon.  Whether it be a qualification, experience or skill set that is being evaluated, it is also the character of the individual which provides the insights to their ability to be a part of that dynamic team and the integrity they bring to the work place.
