Long Term Care Rx of St. Louis is a centrally located, independently owned and operated, long term care pharmacy. We have over 20 years of experience providing pharmaceutical services to skilled nursing facilities, as well as small group homes, mental health facilities, assisted living facilities, senior care facilities and children's group homes.

At Long Term Care Rx, we offer a customizable pharmacy experience with an emphasis on excellent quality of care. We understand customer service is important in every business relationship so we work hard to ensure your needs are met to the best of our ability, and as accurately and effectively as possible.

We work hand-in-hand with our facilities to meet each of their unique needs and provide many options to customize the pharmacy experience. Some options include multiple dispensing systems, including strip packs, bubble cards, etc, electronic medical administration records, as well as various in-services, nurse and pharmacist consulting, and in-house IVs and compounding. Long Term Care Rx focuses on key areas to help foster census retention for the facility and quality of care for the residents including our Hospital Readmission Reduction Program, as well as Medical Reconciliation and Transitions of Care.
