Established in 1999 by founding architect Robert A. Lopez, Lopez Salas Architects, Inc. (LSA) is an award-winning architectural, planning and interior design firm headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Our firm is made up of a diverse mix of LEED AP accredited architects, licensed and Graduate architects, designers of interiors, and administrative support staff. We have offices in San Antonio and Austin. We are certified as an SBE, MBE, DBE, ESBE, and HABE by the SCTRCA, HUB, and a MBE with the City of Austin. In 2014, Lopez Salas Architects celebrated its 15th year of providing quality architectural and interior design services to clients throughout Texas. Our design expertise extends to renovations, additions, adaptive-reuse, and new construction of civic, educational, medical offices, clinics and hospitals, retail centers, corporate offices, commercial buildings, and religious facilities. Our clients include the City of San Antonio TCI and Aviation divisions, Kendall County, VIA Metropolitan Transit, San Antonio Water System, Schreiner University, Alamo Colleges, City of Buda, TxDOT, NEISD, NISD, and SAISD. Our firm was one of the first offices in San Antonio to utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for all of our projects. We are committed to sustainable site planning, conservation of resources, water and energy efficiency, and indoor environmental quality. In 2008, Lopez Salas Architects and the Sabinal Group formed the Sabinal Collaborative to offer client's "turn-key" service capabilities.
