•LNB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LNB Bancorp, Inc., headquartered in Lorain, Ohio.

•In 2005, we celebrated the 100th anniversary of the bank, which was founded originally as the state-chartered Lorain Banking Company on September 30, 1905. Lorain Banking Company merged with nationally-chartered National Bank of Lorain to form Lorain National Bank on January 1, 1961.

•The Lorain National Bank became the wholly owned subsidiary of LNB Bancorp, Inc. on March 30, 1984

•In the past year, LNB has opened new offices in North Ridgeville and southern Elyria and a business development office in Independence.
 
• Morgan Bank joined the LNB family in May of 2007. Morgan has an office in Hudson, Ohio in Summit County.

•Today, Lorain National Bank and its Morgan Bank division have 20 retail-banking locations and 28 ATMs in Lorain, eastern Erie, western Cuyahoga and Summit counties.
