I provide freelance naming, verbal branding, copywriting, and editing services, among others. I entered the field in the fall of 2007, and have been busy since then accruing a lot of happy clients.  As of summer 2010, I’ve completed more than one hundred fifty assignments for over fifty different naming and branding groups.  So far I’ve written names for a variety of new products, product lines, corporate services, master brands, campaigns, programs, and architectural structures, over thirty corporate id’s, and a number of taglines.  The industries have included, among others, food and drink, pharmaceuticals and medical, tech, communications, energy, finance, travel, entertainment, and transportation.  I've also helmed five jobs to date, overseeing the process, writing briefs for other namers, filtering and creating shortlists, writing rationales, and making presentations to clients.

I enjoy words immensely, and I have a great range of professional experience using language, from business writing to touring with Lollapalooza on the poetry stage to teaching creative writing at Rutgers University.
