Los Angeles Trade Technical College is a public community college in Los Angeles, founded in 1925 as the Frank Wiggins Trade School and part of the Los Angeles Community College District. It offers more than 80 career-focused programs designed to prepare students for work within two years or less, while also providing routes to transfer to four-year universities. The college groups its offerings into nine broad pathway themes that span hundreds of courses, and it supports student success through guided planning and on-campus services, underpinned by ties to industry. Its campus is located in the Los Angeles area and is accessible via two light rail lines, multiple bus routes, and two major freeways. The college provides financial aid options, including a two-year no-cost pathway for LAUSD high school graduates, and in 2025 announced a major initiative to replace and consolidate its advanced transportation and manufacturing instructional facilities.
